Founded by the inspiring Dana Sally Allen, our organization is driven by her holistic vision of creating meaningful change through community-focused programs and support services. Each board member brings unique expertise and a shared commitment to uplifting, empowering, and restoring individuals in Richmond and beyond.
Together, they guide the foundation's efforts to fulfill Dana's vision of an inclusive, thriving community where every person is equipped to grow and contribute. With a strong focus on the foundation’s four-phase program and the principles of the Ecological System, our board oversees initiatives that drive positive transformation and enable individuals to build a brighter future.

Felicia Johnson
Felicia Johnson is the Senior Editor of LV Magazine and its subsidiary publications, as well as the Vice President of LV Media, a leading multimedia company offering services in book publishing, website design, movie production, and audio production. She holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, reflecting her strong foundation in leadership and operational excellence. Felicia is also a commissioned Notary Public and a licensed Real Estate Agent, bringing her versatile expertise to serve her community in various capacities. Felicia’s dynamic career showcases her passion for creativity, professionalism, and dedication to making a meaningful impact across industries.

Irvin Dallas
Irvin Dallas is a seasoned behavioral health executive and consultant with more than 30 years of experience leading and strengthening community-based mental health systems. His career includes key roles as financial analyst, program director, chief financial officer, and senior executive overseeing operations for a large urban community mental health organization. Irvin brings deep expertise in strategic planning, financial stewardship, organizational management, and system-wide program development. As a consultant, he supports public agencies in enhancing service delivery, improving outcomes, and building sustainable behavioral health infrastructures. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Loyola University Chicago and master’s degrees in economics from the University of Illinois and Boston College.

Becky Lanier
Becky is the President of B2L Consulting, LLC, specializing in consulting with health care and education non-profits on advocacy strategy and grassroots advocacy development. With over 20 years’ experience as an advocacy consultant, Becky has over 30 years of experience as a staff nurse , nurse educator, and program evaluator. She holds bachelor’s cum laude and master’s degrees in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s in public health from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a doctorate in higher education from the College of William & Mary.

Kenneth Harris
CSAC-A, COAPS, CPRS Kenneth is a certified peer recovery specialist for the Alternative Sentencing Project and SUD Unit at Richmond Behavior Health Authority. He is also a former Peer Recovery Coach at SAARA Center. Kenneth also worked as an MH Tech and Med Tech at Rubicon Treatment Center's H.O.P.E. Unit and served as Past President of The Rubicon Alumni Association.
